There are hundreds of useful disability resources, sites and guides available. These aim to help those with a disability get active.
Whether you’re already active, or looking to become more physically active with a disability, we can support you.

Activity Alliance
Activity Alliance are the leading voices in ensuring everyone can take part in sport. They have produced resources which can help you in getting physically active with a disability. We’ve picked out a few we think might help.

Adults with disabilities
For many disabled people, being physically active can feel really difficult. Some sports feel too challenging whilst others aren’t very accessible. However, we’re fighting to change this.
