Welcome to the Physical Activity in Schools E-learning Modules.

There are three videos for you to watch, each of which will give you insight into the benefits of physical activity and children’s experiences during lockdown.

Through the videos, you will learn more about the benefits of PE and sports in schools, and discover how you can improve and maximise these benefits through the use of the PE and Sports premium.

Module One: How can physical activity help pupils overcome the impacts of lockdown?

Module One will explore the benefits of PE and Sport on pupils throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. You’ll learn more about how children and young people’s lives have been impacted by lockdown, and why it’s important to improve your existing provisions.

Module Two: PE and Sport Premium Guidance 2020 – 2021

In Module Two, you’ll learn about the PE and Sport Premium and all relevant updates, as well as understanding the potential breadth of use of the premium. You’ll also become familiar with the conditions of the grant.

Module Three: Rethink your PE & Sport premium to achieve the best outcomes for your pupils

In the final module, you’ll recap on what you’ve learned in previous modules, and learn how to plan for using the premium to maximise its impact.
