Impact Report: Get Out Get Active

IMPACT REPORT 2025-26 Find out more about GOGA Creating physical activity opportunities for adults with disabilities

Targeting the activity gap for adults with disabilities through the Get Out Get Active (GOGA) programme.

We lead local delivery of Get Out Get Active (GOGA) in Norfolk, where adults with a disability are around 50% more likely to be inactive than those without a disability.

Targeting areas such as Great Yarmouth where more adults with a disability are inactive (49.6%) than active (49.5), with conversations to expand further, we have helped deliver several sessions in partnership with local organisations to provide opportunities for adults with disabilities to take part in physical activity.
