Our Strategy

Our strategy: Getting Norfolk Moving was launched in September 2021, and has shaped our focus over the past five years. During this time, we have built vital relationships with partners, stakeholders and policy influencers, and learned so much about the ways we can best help the communities in Norfolk.

Our next strategy, Getting Norfolk Moving is due to launch in July 2026, and will lay out how we’re using everything we’ve learned to achieve our updated vision of making movement a part of everyday life, for everybody.
