Get Off Your A**e (GOYA)

GOYA (Get off you A**e) is a partnership scheme which encourages young people to fulfil their potential by offering free or low cost sport and physical activity sessions every week in Great Yarmouth, Norwich, Acle, Kings Lynn and Thetford

The programme offers a variety of activities across the county including badminton, basketball, hockey, volleyball, swimming and more…. at no for very little cost to young people aged 14-25. Age ranges vary from location to location.

GOYA is provided by YMCA Norfolk in association with Active Norfolk and other delivery partners across the county. The campaign is centred on giving young people that don't take part in regular sport and physical activity the opportunity to keep fit and try something new whilst hanging out with friends
