Active Norfolk's Place Partnerships and Place Universal Offer programme works alongside communities, local authorities, health partners, education providers and the voluntary sector to create the conditions for more people to be physically active, particularly those facing the greatest inequalities. Through long-term, place-based investment across Norfolk, we are helping to build healthier, more connected communities.
Our work focused on:
• Building stronger local leadership for physical activity
• Supporting communities to influence and shape local priorities
• Connecting organisations around shared outcomes
• Leveraging investment and resources into priority neighbourhoods
• Creating more opportunities for people facing the greatest barriers to being active
