Active Ageing Activity Finder

Just because we get older, it doesn't mean we have to be less active. In fact, participating in activity as we get older has been proven to enhance our independence and quality of life, as well as have multiple positive effects upon long term conditions and mobility problems.

Remember it's never too late to start exercising and every bit of activity, no matter how small, counts towards improving your health.

Exercises you can do at home
