We’re seeking local providers to be a part of the winter Big Norfolk Holiday Fun programme. By expressing your interest, you’ll be signing up to provide holiday activities to children aged 5-16.
What is the winter Big Norfolk Holiday Fun programme?
The Big Norfolk Holiday Fun programme is the local offer of the Department for Education funded Holiday Activities and Food Programme. It provides fun and healthy activities including nutritious food to children.
The scheme is free to all children aged 5-16 eligible for means-tested free school meals. There will also be the opportunity to provide paid places for other children.
Who can sign up?
We encourage childcare, activity providers, community organisations, and nutrition and food education enterprises to submit an expression of interest to be part the programme. This includes sports clubs and teams, individual instructors and leisure operators. We are also inviting schools who could host or provide activities on the premises to apply separately here.
The type of session could include physical activity, creative activities and cultural sessions. It could also include science and nature, outdoor activities or anything else that children would enjoy. The more creative and unique, the better!
Both local and countrywide providers are welcome to apply.
