New tools to help people with long-term conditions to stay active

The We Are Undefeatable campaign is launching new resources to help people living with long-term conditions to be active.

From Tuesday, July 6th you'll be able to schedule a check-in with the new 'My Daily Undefeatable' Facebook messenger bot to help you get moving in a way that works for you, via the We Are Undefeatable Facebook page.

You'll also be able to use the new 5 in 5 tool to create a completely customisable mini-workout to help you move in whatever way works for you. Simply pick five individual exercises from the exercise library, and do each for one minute at a time. Whether you want to boost your energy, unwind, or just have a bit of fun, you can find a combo to suit you.

A new TV advert will introduce six new faces to the campaign, and you can read their inspiring stories on the We Are Undefeatable homepage.

And Channel 4's Sunday Brunch show is getting in on the action, with a new segment called 'Sunday Crunch' featuring fun and accessible workouts for viewers to join in with. Share your own ways of getting active using the tag #SundayCrunchAd and your videos could feature on the show!

For more information visit We Are Undefeatable and follow the campaign on Facebook and Twitter.
