How to stay active at home during the coronavirus outbreak

Active Norfolk has put together some information to help people stay active at home during the current coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
Whether you're self-isolating or your normal activity has been postponed, there are lots of ways you can stay active at home, from seated exercise to yoga and gardening - check out our Active At Home page for ideas, links, and resources.
There's also information about protecting your mental wellbeing during the outbreak, and how physical activity can help with that.
For the latest health advice see the NHS website - please be aware that the advice may change as the situation develops. While many leisure providers and activity sessions remain open for now, sessions may be cancelled at short notice so please contact providers before travelling to an activity, and ensure you regularly wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
