If you're over 50 and looking to improve your wellbeing in 2020, why not make it your new year's resolution to try a Dance To Health class?
Especially designed to help older people stay active and make friends, the weekly classes at venues across Norwich offer a gentle, fun programme led by a professional dance instructor.
It doesn't matter if you've never danced before, or if you use walking aids – everyone's welcome.
Classes take part weekly at Roxley Hall in Thorpe St Andrew, the Harford Centre in Lakenham, and the Norman Centre in Mile Cross.
It costs just £3 per session to take part, and the first class is free.
The Dance To Health programme is run by social enterprise Aesop in partnership with Active Norfolk, Dance East, Norfolk County Council and Norwich Clinical Commissioning Group, with the aim of preventing falls among older people.
