Healthy ageing event goes on the road across Norfolk

A free event to help over-55s stay fit and active will take place at towns across Norfolk this month.

Norfolk County Council's 'Still Young Enough' roadshow drops in at libraries across the county on these dates:

  • Friday 10th January, 1pm – 3pm – Cromer Library
  • Friday 17th January, 10am – 12pm – Dereham Library
  • Monday 20th January, 10.30am – 12.30pm – Great Yarmouth Library

You can find out about lots of ways to stay active in your area, with a free tai chi session to get you energised at the Cromer session.

'Still Young Enough' is a year-long campaign to help the region's older residents stay healthy and happy through being mentally, physically, and socially active.

Moving more can improve your physical and mental health and help protect against illnesses such as diabetes, cancer, and dementia.
