Over 60 delegates from across Norfolk's social and healthcare sectors came together for a conference exploring how to support people with disabilities to be physically active.
The autumn Norfolk Physical Activity Forum took place on Wednesday, October 30 with a series of talks around the day's theme of making activity accessible.
Topics under discussion included On The Move, Active Norfolk's project to bring more opportunities for physical activity into day care services, and the disability framework for sport and physical activity.
The DRAGONs (Disability Real Action Group of Norfolk), a group of young people with disabilities, talked about the work they do to make sure that services are accessible and can be enjoyed by young people.
Inclusive activity providers from across the county set out their offers for people with disabilities and information on how other organisations and individuals can get involved.
Active Norfolk Insight & Evaluation Officer Rachel Cooke said: "We had a fantastic turnout for this interesting and enjoyable day which was very positively received by our delegates.
"By sharing resources and best practice we can make sure that Norfolk residents with disabilities have access to the very best support, enabling them to have active and healthy lives."
