We know it's no fun being stuck inside. Everyone is missing their friends and the rest of their family.
It's important to stay active during lockdown, even when you don't really feel like it! Doing some activity every day will keep your body strong and healthy, and you'll find that you feel happier and a bit calmer at the end of the day.
So, select the day and we'll give you a brand new exercise to do every single day. You'll get to try loads of different things from sports people around Norfolk, and if you enjoy it you might be able to do it when lockdown is over!
