About First Team Video Scout

These postswill help to assess players who may be of interest, and effectively utilise available data in order to make holistic and evidence-based recommendations regarding potential target players.

As a Video Scout, this post will compile and collate reports and focus on player priorities relating to the current composition of the AVFC squad. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the Club's current players (First Team through to U18s) when assessing prospective new signings.

The successful postholder will have previous experience of working in either a scouting or coaching capacity at a professional football club (preferably at First Team level).
