Cricket Development Director
The NCB are seeking a Development Director to lead the Board and its committed team of staff and volunteers in the implementation of its strategies, as well as capitalising on the opportunities available to develop the game in the next four years with potential new funding streams and projects.
About Cricket Development Director
Remuneration: £34,000 to £37,000 pa (subject to review) (full time – 35 hrs per week)
Required for start in early 2020.
The Norfolk Cricket Board (NCB) have an ambitious local strategy in place to develop and grow many areas of cricket within the county, with a key focus on the development of youth participation, casual and social play, club development, volunteer development and expanding the provision of Women's and Girls cricket. This is aligned to the new ECB strategy, 'Inspiring Generations'.
The NCB are seeking a Development Director to lead the Board and its committed team of staff and volunteers in the implementation of these strategies, as well as capitalising on the opportunities available to develop the game in the next four years with potential new funding streams and projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to join and lead a respected, stable and forward thinking County Board and to take the development of the game to the next level in the county in the coming years.
