Work Pattern: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday

The Institute of Swimming work in conjunction with Swim England as a subsidiary and exist for the good of the sport. Developing the best aquatic professionals is our priority.

We are the largest provider of Swim England qualifications and aquatics courses and we train over 60 per cent of all swimming teachers in the UK.

We are seeking an Assessment and Resulting Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Institute of Swimming as part of a busy team. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, effective and timely awarding of learners certificates.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an effective resulting service to the Institute of Swimming in conjunction with the wider team supported by the line manager. The role will ensure that all aspects of administration, across all of the Institute of Swimming's systems, are completely accurately and timely. This will include ensuring that certificates are resulted in good time and in line with awarding organisation time scales. It may be necessary to resolve queries relating to the certification process and liaising with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have proven experience of working in an administration role
  • Have comprehensive IT skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and to challenging timescales
