About Administration Assistant

We have exciting new opportunities for Administrations Assistants at the Newark and Sherwood Community and Activity Village.

Friendly and organised, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the village, dealing with bookings and queries face to face and over the phone. A passion for providing excellent customer service is a must.

Day to day, you will be responsible for processing transactions and cash handling, answering calls, making bookings, data-entry and following daily checks and procedures.

Please note that this position will be covering shifts starting at approx. 3 or 4pm until 10pm and will include one day of weekend working approx. 9am – 5pm.
