About Compliance Manager
British Triathlon and England Netball are committed to the establishment of safe, fair and inclusive sporting environment. We are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to lead on the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the following policies and procedures:

- Equality & Diversity
- Other Relevant Policies and Procedures
In addition, this role will take an active lead in making our sports as inclusive as possible working towards equal access for all.
This position will be based at British Triathlon's and England Netball headquarters located at Loughborough University and work across the organisations, liaising with appropriate members, departments and key staff to offer support and guidance to develop a safe, fair and inclusive sporting environment. The nature of the role will require occasional evening and weekend working and occasional travel.
