Active Herefordshire & Worcestershire - How to keep your members through the current crisis

This is the second in the webinar series delivered by Active Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Active HW is acting upon feedback and insight gathered, which suggests there is a great concern about retaining existing members, following the Covid-19 lockdown phase.

Active Herefordshire and Worcestershire is committed to supporting clubs, coaches, volunteers and the professional workforce to adapt to changes, and thrive as a sector beyond the pandemic.

We would like to invite you to join Bronwyn Clifford (Marketing and Communications Project Manager at Active Herefordshire and Worcestershire) and Liz Burkinshaw, (an independent learning and people development professional, and former Development Lead Officer for Participation at UK Coaching) in an interactive webinar, to discuss how to keep your members during the current crisis.

In this webinar we will:

– Share best practice and generate ideas for clubs to engage with and keep their members

– Consider how to recognise and adapt to members changing attitudes and behaviours

– Consider different approaches to retaining members and engaging members who have lapsed in their club connection behaviours
