Learning to ride a bike can be a stressful experience for both children and parents. That is why we set up Little Riders to take the hassle out of the process and help more children enjoy the benefits of cycling. We offer a range of courses which help children develop the confidence and fundamental cycling skills required to ride a bike. We do this gradually through a range of fun activities and games. Our qualified instructors have years of experience of teaching children how to ride bikes. Allow us to help your child to master this important life skill.

Learn to Ride Course for Children (4 x 1 hr sessions)
Description
We are offering children aged 4-10 years old the chance to attend a 4 day Learn to Ride course (4 x 1hr sessions). The course aims to help children build their confidence and skills and hopefully get them riding a bike with pedals by the end of the course.
The course will focus on developing the following skills;
- Balance
- Control
- Pedalling
- Braking
The course is held over the following 4 dates with daily 1 hour sessions between 11.00am-12.00noon on each day. Riders are required to attend all four days.
- Monday 8th April
- Tuesday 9th April
- Wednesday 10th April
- Thursday 11th April
All sessions are held outdoors in a traffic free area at Cringleford Primary School (Dragonfly Lane, Cringleford, Norwich, NR4 7JR).
Instructors encourage parents to get involved in all sessions so they can understand the skills being taught and help their child to practice outside of the sessions.

How much does the course cost?
The 4 x 1 hour course costs £35 (plus booking fee) per child
Can I book more than one place on the course?
Yes of course, you can book up to 3 spaces.
What equipment will my child need to bring?
Participants will need to bring along a balance/pedal bike and a helmet (limited bikes/helmets are available to borrow. Riders should be able to sit on the seat of their bike and put both feet flat on the ground. Please check that bikes are in good working order before arriving at sessions and that any stabilisers are removed. Please indicate on the enrollment form if you need to borrow any equipment.
What should my child wear?
All sessions are held outdoors so participants should wear clothing and footwear that is suitable for the weather conditions on the day.
What's the refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the start of the course.
