Fun & Fit Norfolk is for people who are currently not active at all or who do very limited physical activity

With over half of Norfolk's population doing no physical activity on average each week, Active Norfolk is offering this free project to get everyone moving more. All we ask in return is that you complete a questionnaire at the beginning and end of the course and at 6 and 12 months after signing up.

The 8 week Fun & Fit Extra courses are a follow on from the free Fun & Fit courses. You can still attend a Fun & Fit extra course even if you haven't previously attend a Fun & Fit course. There is a charge to attend these courses.

We are offering 8 week courses in a wide variety of sports, including golf, swimming, zumba, yoga, tennis and bowls. All sessions are for one hour per week and cost nothing to attend. Each person is entitled to one free course per programme and in order to secure your place on the course you must attend the first session.
