Our facilities include a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, steam room and swimming pool, all of which are free to use as often as you like depending on what membership package you have. Our squash and tennis courts are all available on a pay as you go basis, along with table tennis hire.
A free 30 minute squash or squash 57 taster session with a qualified coach
No experience necessary. Come along to a free taster session. You will have the opportunity to join a 5 week course where you will learn technical & tactical elements alongside the rules & scoring of squash.
Our squash taster sessions are on going, arranged at a mutually convenient time, anyone interested please phone the club number and leave name and contact phone number with reception.

Junior Squash takes places every Sunday 10:30-12:00 for ages 10-17 years. No equipment required, just turn up.

Suitable for all, this class integrates various styles of yoga to help students gain awareness of the body and its potential. This is a great class for relieving stress and muscular tension. Yoga is practiced barefoot in comfortable loose or stretchy clothing. Mats are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own.

Our gym circuit class takes place every Tuesday 19:00-20:00. This popular class is led by Graham Tyler, one of our resident gym instructors. You will make your way round a number of stations which can be altered to fit your level of fitness. This group exercise class will keep you training until the very end.

Junior Squash sessions take place every Tuesday for 9-15 year olds. No prior experience needed, sessions are open for juniors of all abilities.

Our dance studio is transformed into a short mat bowls lane. This class is player led and perfect for beginners to avid bowls players.

Our ladies squash morning takes place on Wednesday and Friday mornings 10:30-12:00. This class is led by one of our club coaches and consists of coaching, matches and socialising. Cake and tea/coffee is included after Friday's session.

Our 3 courts are reserved on Wednesday nights for Squash 57 clubnight. This class is run by the attendees who play each other for 10 minutes slots. Our resident coaches join in from time to time who are on hand to give advice and pointers.

Mini Squash takes place every Wednesday afternoon 4:00-5:00, for children 5-9 years old. Sessions consist of pairs practice, working in small teams, fun and games.

Our water aerobics class is a great low-impact workout in the relaxing comfort of water. The weightlessness reduces stress on weight bearing joints and the risk of injury. There is no need to know how to swim to take part. No booking required.

Graham Tyler, one of our resident instructors, leads our tough Obliteration Circuit class every Thursday 19:00-20:00. This class is suitable for 18 years and over. 14 stations, 4 different exercises each station, no time limit, but, everyone keeps exercising until you complete your station!
