The walks are run by Central Norfolk Walking for Health, a voluntary organization interested in promoting fitness and health through a free programme of walks. Walks range from 1.0 – 4.4 miles and are suitable for beginners and those wishing to improve.

There are two walks available at this location commencing at 10.30. The first is a shorter grade 1 route through the Bure Valley and the longer grade 3 route along part of Marriott's way.
