Strength and Balance Class

Our classes replicate the structure of LaterLife Training's Falls Management Exercise Programme (FaME), using a mixture of seated and standing exercises. The purpose of the class is to reduce participant's risk of falls and increase their physical activity levels by exercising several components;

Warm up and mobility

Dynamic endurance

Strength

Balance

Backwards Chaining

Stretching & Flexibility

Adapted Thai Chi

Resistance Band, Mat, Water Bottle

You will be required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire before you can start exercising. So please ensure you arrive 10 minutes early to your first session to complete this form.
