Gymnastics covers many different disciplines.

All are skilled and challenging and require physical strength, agility and co-ordination. Under the overall description of gymnastics lie the individual disciplines and activities of:

  • Men's artistic Gymnastics (includes high bar, parallel bars, rings, floor, vault and pommel horse)
  • Women's Artistic gymnastics (includes uneven bars, beam, floor and vault)
  • Rhythmic Gymnastics

An open sessions for children walking to school age to come and play in the gymnastics centre with a parent or guardian for 45 minutes

This is a taught session for walking-school age children. The parents come in with the children and do different circuits and activities with our qualified coaches.

Gymnastics - Home educated open session

This session is for 4-14 year old children. It’s a chance for them to come into the gym, explore and play on all the gymnastics equipment with their parent.

Gymnastics - Inclusive open session

Gymnastics - Inclusive open session

This 45 minute session is for walking- 9 yrs. It’s a chance for children to come into the gym, explore and play on all the gymnastics equipment with their parent. The sessions will have reduced numbers and no music for a quieter experience.

Minimum 10 hours a week (up to 5 hours per evening) with more hours available if desired for the right person (up to 25 hours including some flexible day time work).
