Discorobics and Cardio Combat

A fun and energizing exercise to music class split into two sections.

The first half we use small handheld weights to hit all areas mainly for body conditioning.
The second section is a customer favourite, we combine a variety of combat moves with squats, twists, shuffles, jumps etc choreographed to the beat of the music.
