Victoria’s classes also focus on post natal mums, she is a qualified anti /post natal Instructor. Her classes are brilliant at getting post pregnancy bodies toned and back in shape in an enjoyable workout. Victoria is also an Ex army physical training instructor so she will put you through your paces! There is not the pressure of the gym at these classes so why not give it a try!
