Keep Fit (over 50s)

A fun and friendly low impact aerobics and circuit class specifically aimed at people over the age of 50, you can work at your own pace. Your first session is FREE, thereafter its £3.50 per session or £12 for four consecutive sessions. Exercises are combined with music from the 60s-90s. Guaranteed to help you improve flexibilty, balance, co-ordination, health, fitness, wellbeing and also lose a few pounds and tone your body.
