Run by Beth this class is MIXED ABILITY and has been set up to give the opportunity for an individual with a disability to attend a class with an able bodied friend a relative. Although clients are welcome to attend individually too, bringing a partner is not essential. The class can challenge any level of ability building on core strength and physical confidence.

Keep Fit (over 50s)

Keep Fit (over 50s)

A fun and friendly low impact aerobics and circuit class specifically aimed at people over the age of 50, you can work at your own pace.

Your first class is free and thereafter its £4.50 per class or £16 for four consecutive sessions.

Exercises are combined with music from the 60s-90s.

Guaranteed to help you improve flexibilty, balance, co-ordination, health, fitness, wellbeing and also lose a few pounds and tone your body.
