Cheerleading is a form of performance dance which includes stunts and tumbling.

An Overview of Cheerleading

Cheerleading can be for sports team motivation, audience entertainment or competition based on organised routines. The routines usually range anywhere from one to three minutes, and may contain components of tumbling, dance, jumps, cheers and stunting.


In addition to its physical advantages, cheerleading is also a social, team-based activity that can help improve self-confidence.

We provide classes for all ages and abilities if wanting to do Cheerleading for fun or compete in competitions. We offer Tumbling, Stunts and Pom dance. Examinations are available. New Class to start April 20th 4.15pm FREE Taster session mini cheer
4-7yrs. We also have our cheer team 8-16yrs. Back to in person Classes from Monday 12th April. Government covid policies and Procedures are in place.
