Aviva Women's Tour of Britain 2016

Get in gear, Norfolk! The first stage of the Women's Tour of Britain starts in East Anglia on Wednesday 15 June. It starts in Southwold and finishes in Norwich and is the first time the women's Tour has ever come to Norfolk.

The Tour of Britain is the UK's biggest professional bicycle race and a centrepiece of the British sporting calendar as the country's largest FREE TO WATCH live sporting event.

Lizzie Armitstead clinched overall victory in the 2016 Aviva Women's Tour, finishing safely in the bunch in 14th position at the end of the 113-kilometre Northamptonshire stage as Finland's Lotta Lepistö took the final stage win in Kettering from a group of seven riders.
