Activity DVD

Active Norfolk and Broadland District Council have produced an at home exercise and activity DVD for people who are inactive and/or have medical conditions - Sitting Room Circuits.

The DVD has been produced and funded by Active Norfolk and NHS Norfolk in partnership with Broadly Active (Broadland District Council’s exercise referral scheme), South Norfolk District Council and film and media students at City College Norwich. It lasts around 40 minutes and takes the viewer through a basic exercise circuit that can be undertaken at home with no extra equipment – a resistance band and guidance booklet is included in the DVD case.

DVD's cost £3.50 and can be ordered by completing the order form to the left and returning to us at Active Norfolk with a cheque for £3.50 made out to Norfolk County Council.
