Fit4Work Corporate Games

Active Norfolk, supported by Admin Re, has been running this event for businesses and organisations since 2009. 

The Games offers a unique opportunity for staff and clients to join the action, get active and compete in sporting challenges against teams from other local businesses.  It is hugely enjoyable at the same time as offering a serious opportunity to network and promote your business to potential customers.

Sports for 2013:

• Archery
• Wheelchair Basketball
• Curling
• Sitting Volleyball
• Kayaking
• Golf
• Handball
• Rush Hockey
• Ultimate Frisbee
• Gymnastics Challenge

All teams get the chance to take part in all sports with each team consisting of five people plus subs rotating around all the activities during the day. Teams need to include at least one female in order to make the event more balanced.

You just need bags of enthusiasm and a good team spirit to prove that your company or organisation is the best in Norfolk!
