Active Norfolk's Offer

What does Fit4Work involve?

You can be as involved with the Fit4Work project as you choose, the more involved you are, the more you and your employees will gain in return!

Step 1 - Identification of a Sport Maker

This person will be our point of contact within your organisation. They will need to spend a small amount of time liaising with us in order to plan and publicise your organised activities.

Step 2 - Consultation Process

This is not a compulsory element of being involved, but we can offer a free consultation service. We will give you the means to consult with your employees on what they would like to do as part of a workplace health programme. We will analyse the results and provide you with a full report.

Step 3 - Action Plan

We will produce an action plan, based on what your organisation would like to do. This could include courses of activity, one-off tasters, charity challenges, competitions and tournaments.

Step 4 - Implementation

We will support you, to put in to practice any element(s) of the action plan you would like to make happen. From organising coaches and activities on your site or at a local facility, to supporting your Sport Maker in arranging events or charity challenges.

Step 5 - Continued Support

Monthly newsletters will keep you up to date with activities on offer andexamples of good practice from other workplaces. There will also be offers of health initiatives to organisations by Norfolk Chamber of Commerce and NHS Norfolk and Waveney.

Is it really free?

Yes! There are no hidden costs to the organisation. There may be small charges to the individual participating in certain events, but this will be subsidised and therefore affordable.
