Terms and conditions

1. We will not share your personal details with any other organisations.
2. We are asking you to register as part of the Sport Unlimited promotion to win a Nintendo Wii or £200 worth of Chapelfield vouchers. For the purposes of the prize draw, your Sport Unlimited attendance card will be activated upon registration. Completed registration cards will be collected by Sport Unlimited coaches and handed in to Active Norfolk.
3. The name given on your Sport Unlimited attendance card should be the same as the name you use to register on the website.
4. When you register you can opt in or out of receiving correspondence from us by email and/or SMS. You can change your preferences at any time.
5. If you have already registered with the website, you are still eligible to win the prize.
6. One application per person will be counted.
7. The prize draw will take place at the end of term and the winner will be notified by phone or email.
8. The name of the winner will be published on this website.
9. There is no cash alternative.
10. The winner will be drawn at random. Active Norfolk’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
