Norfolk Junior Academy Centres (JACs)
The England Hockey Single System was fully implemented in Norfolk from September 2008. The first stage was a single venue of Junior Academy Centres (JAC) which were the junior county structure. Norfolk Hockey Association in conjunction with Active Norfolk and England Hockey, co-ordinates the implementation of the JACs for each age group and gender group. The venue for all JAC's will be Dereham Hockey Club and Watton Sports Centre and coaching will be delivered by qualified England Hockey coaches.
2010/11 Season
All 2009/10 season JDC and JAC players (except 2010 summer's JRPC players), should attend the next block of JDCs to take place sometime between July and December 2010 - these details will be confirmed later in 2010 and will be available on the JDC webpage.
ALL PLAYERS (except JRPC players) WHO WANT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR JAC TRIALS IN 2010/11 MUST ATTEND THE NEXT JDCS. Only players who attend the JDCs will be considered and nominated as necessary for JAC trials. The system starts from scratch every season and there is no automatic selection for JACs. JRPC players are inivited to attend JAC trials along with nominated players from JDCs.
