Can you do just 30 minutes of sport or physical activity today?

That's all it takes – just 30 minutes per day of sport or physical activity (enough to raise your heart rate and make you feel warmer), to enjoy the benefits that leading a more active lifestyle has.

Fun & Fit Norfolk is for people who are currently not active at all or who do very limited physical activity. We want to help you find an activity you enjoy that will improve not only your health, but your social life and confidence.

Fun & Fit Extra is for anyone who wants to increase their physical activity levels, it doesn't matter if you're currently active or inactive.

With over half of Norfolk's population doing no physical activity on average each week, Active Norfolk is offering this project to get everyone moving more. All we ask in return is that you complete a questionnaire at the beginning and end of the course and at 6 and 12 months after signing up.

We are offering 8 /10 week courses in a wide variety of sports, including golf, swimming, zumba, yoga, tennis and bowls. All sessions are for one hour per week and are either free of charge, or cost a small fee to attend.
