Biography

Danny has gained much recognition as an athlete and as an ambassador for disability sport in Norfolk. In 2008 Danny achieved his dream of representing Britain in the 2008 Beijing Paralympics in Shot Putt. Danny, who was injured as a result paralised in a motorcycle accident several years ago, came 10th in the Paralympics in Beijing only 1cm short of his lifetime best throw, his big aim is to bring home gold in 2012. Danny is very knowledgeable of all sports and knows exactly what it takes to reach the top; Danny is a very inspiring character and can not do enough to fly the flag for sport.
