Biography

Colin has been a full time judo athlete since the age of 19 but started the sport at the very young age of 5. He has competed at many major championships including the London Olympic Games where he attained a very respectable 7th place and the Glasgow Commonwealth Games which he won in 2014. Colin is a highly competitive athlete who constantly strives for perfection in his sport and everyday life.
Colin is currently ranked 6th in the world in the 66kg category and is driving towards Rio 2016. He is looking to end his career there by achieving his life long ambition of becoming Olympic champion.
Colin has taken part in many events where he has shared his personal experiences and helped to motivate others to achieve their goals. Judo is a massive international sport which has seen Colin travel the world and gain access to many cultures and different experiences. He would help make any event interesting where children and coaches could learn a great deal from his career and journey.
